Understand the possible next step
In a future service, a disclosed law firm could contact you. No enquiry is sent in this walkthrough.
Honest about who we are
Birth Injury Helpline provides information for families and illustrates a proposed enquiry service. We are not a law firm and we don’t give legal or medical advice.
Partner disclosure. No enquiry is currently sent to a law firm. A future service would identify the receiving firm before submission and disclose any advertising compensation. A firm would independently decide whether it can help.
Our guides are written in plain language and will be reviewed by a qualified medical reviewer before launch.
Common questions
Are you a law firm?
No. We’re an information and enquiry service. Any legal advice would come from a licensed attorney at a partner firm, if you choose to speak with one.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Asking for a case review is free, and you’re under no obligation.
Who sees my details?
No enquiry details are currently accepted or sent. Before a future service accepts an enquiry, the receiving law firm would be identified and its data practices disclosed.
What if I already have a lawyer?
We’d suggest speaking with them first. Our guides are open to you either way.
Can you tell me if I have a case?
No. Only a licensed attorney can advise on that.
Whenever you’re ready
Take your time. When it feels right, a few short questions is all it takes.
