Honest about who we are
Birth Injury Helpline is an information and enquiry service operated by [Operator legal name, entity & address — pending]. We are not a law firm and we don’t give legal or medical advice.
Partner disclosure. If you request a case review, the details you choose to share go to [Partner law firm, licensed states — pending]. That firm may pay us for advertising. It decides independently whether it can help.
Our guides are written in plain language and will be reviewed by a qualified medical reviewer before launch.
Common questions
Are you a law firm?
No. We’re an information and enquiry service. Any legal advice would come from a licensed attorney at a partner firm, if you choose to speak with one.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Asking for a case review is free, and you’re under no obligation.
Who sees my details?
Only the partner law firm named in our disclosure, as described in our privacy policy.
What if I already have a lawyer?
We’d suggest speaking with them first. Our guides are open to you either way.
Can you tell me if I have a case?
No. Only a licensed attorney can advise on that.
Whenever you’re ready
Take your time. When it feels right, a few short questions is all it takes.
